Another World

A student came to me today

and with eyes full of wonder asked,

"Did you know Annie is in another world?"

I looked at her with some surprise

and she rephrased,

"I mean another country?"

"Oh yeah," I replied, "where did she go?"

And matter-of-factly she answers....

"Jersey."

This scary little guy hung on to my rear view mirror

for nearly 34 miles in speeds of nothing much over 70...

As creepy as his little eight legged self is....

you have to admire that!

Forever

Tonight I overheard this conversation:

Mom: "I love you."

Daughter: "I love you, too."

Mom: "Soon you'll be mine forever!"

I overheard this sweet exchange as I assisted a woman in her 50s be sealed to her mother and deceased father. It was one of the most tender moments I've ever experienced. I thank them for that. I also thank my Heavenly Father for letting me be part of an eternal family.
